Who Can Apply

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Aerospace, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong fundamentals in fluid mechanics, gas dynamics, and thermodynamics
• Freshers with serious propulsion projects are encouraged
• Passion for engines, conviction in thought, and readiness for relentless execution

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in turbomachinery design, including pumps, turbines, and rotor dynamics
• Working knowledge of rotor-bearing systems, critical speed analysis, and structural validation under high-speed operating conditions
• Experience with computational performance modeling (CFD or mean-line/1D analysis) and experimental test correlation
• Familiarity with fluid mechanics, gas dynamics, and materials for high-temperature, high-pressure environments
• Experience with CAD tools, turbomachinery analysis software, and test instrumentation or data acquisition is highly beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in a hands-on environment, collaborate across disciplines, and support occasional extended test or integration campaigns
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
