By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
The Website provides general information about Hathor Rockets, its liquid rocket engines, its team, its news, and its career opportunities. Content on the Website serves informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer to sell, a quotation, a contract, or a commitment to supply any product or service. Every commercial arrangement requires a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Hathor Rockets.
Hathor Rockets and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, renders, animations, videos, engineering imagery, diagrams, data, charts, page layouts, source code, and software (together, "Content"), unless stated otherwise.
The Website may describe engine configurations, thermodynamic cycles, architectures, design approaches, test activities, and engineering software developed by Hathor Rockets. Hathor Rockets reserves all rights in these technologies and in the inventions, designs, know-how, trade secrets, and confidential information that underlie them, whether or not they are registered, patented, or published. Descriptions on the Website offer a general overview. They disclose, assign, or license no technology, invention, patent right, patent application, design right, or trade secret.
Content is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), international copyright treaties, and other applicable laws. Copying, reproducing, republishing, adapting, translating, transmitting, displaying, or distributing any part of the Content in any form requires prior written permission from Hathor Rockets, except as set out in Section 5.
Hathor Rockets reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. No ownership right is transferred to you, and no license arises by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Certain Content, such as press excerpts or partner and investor logos, belongs to third parties and appears with their permission. Rights in that content remain with its owners.
The following are the "Marks" of Hathor Rockets:
The Marks are the exclusive property and brand assets of Hathor Rockets. Hathor Rockets holds all rights in the Marks and asserts those rights under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), common law rights including the law of passing off, and the laws of other jurisdictions.
Nothing on the Website grants you any license or right to use the Marks. Use of any Mark requires the prior written consent of Hathor Rockets, and any permitted use must follow the brand guidelines that Hathor Rockets provides.
The following uses are prohibited without prior written consent:
Names, logos, and marks of other companies, institutions, and products on the Website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website implies no endorsement of, or by, Hathor Rockets unless stated explicitly.
You may view the Website and print or download individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial, informational use, provided that you keep all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices intact.
You may link to the pages of the Website, provided the link presents Hathor Rockets accurately and suggests no endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. Hathor Rockets may withdraw this permission at any time.
Brief quotation of Website text for news reporting, commentary, or review, with clear attribution to Hathor Rockets, is welcome to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Journalists, partners, and organisations who wish to publish Hathor Rockets photographs, renders, videos, or logos should send a written request to info@hathor.space describing the intended use. Approved media remain the property of Hathor Rockets, must carry the credit line "Hathor Rockets", and must appear unaltered, with credits and marks intact, and in a context that reflects Hathor Rockets accurately. Hathor Rockets may withdraw approval at any time.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of Content beyond this Section 5 requires prior written permission from Hathor Rockets.
You agree to use the Website lawfully and in line with these Terms. The following activities are prohibited:
Specifications, thrust classes, performance figures, configurations, renders, animations, and test descriptions on the Website offer a general indication of Hathor Rockets' work. They represent design targets or illustrative values, may change without notice, and form no part of any offer, quotation, specification, or warranty. Renders and animations are artistic representations and may differ from delivered hardware.
Engines and technologies described as in development, under test, or planned remain subject to engineering, testing, regulatory, and commercial outcomes. Timelines, milestones, and commercialisation dates are forward-looking statements. Actual results may differ materially from those described, and Hathor Rockets assumes no obligation to update them.
Please base engineering, procurement, investment, and operational decisions on written specifications and agreements issued by Hathor Rockets, and avoid relying on Website content for those purposes. Content on the Website carries no professional, engineering, financial, investment, or legal advice.
Information you send through the Website or by email to Hathor Rockets, including contact forms, partnership inquiries, ideas, feedback, and suggestions (together, "Submissions"), is received on a non-confidential basis unless a written non-disclosure agreement signed by Hathor Rockets covers it. Please keep confidential, proprietary, and export-controlled material out of your Submissions.
You grant Hathor Rockets a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate your Submissions, including ideas, concepts, and feedback, for any purpose and without compensation or attribution. You confirm that you hold the rights needed to grant this license and that your Submissions are lawful and infringe no third-party rights.
A Submission, partnership inquiry, or supply inquiry creates no contract, exclusivity, or commitment on the part of Hathor Rockets. Hathor Rockets may accept or decline any inquiry at its sole discretion.
Non-public technical, commercial, or operational information that Hathor Rockets shares during discussions remains confidential to Hathor Rockets. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, you may use it solely to evaluate the proposed collaboration and may not disclose it to third parties without our written consent.
Job applications and personal data submitted through the Website follow our Privacy Policy.
The Website may link to third-party websites, media, or resources for convenience. Hathor Rockets neither controls nor endorses them and carries no responsibility for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability. You access third-party resources at your own risk and under their own terms.
Hathor Rockets' technology, products, data, and services may be subject to export control, sanctions, and trade laws of India and other jurisdictions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Website and in any dealings with Hathor Rockets. You confirm that you are not located in, organised under the laws of, or acting for any person or entity in a jurisdiction or on a restricted-party list that would make engagement with Hathor Rockets unlawful. Any supply or transfer of technology requires the regulatory approvals that apply to it and a separate written agreement.
The Website and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hathor Rockets disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, title, and non-infringement. Hathor Rockets gives no assurance that the Website will operate without interruption or error, or that it will remain free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hathor Rockets, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will carry no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability of Hathor Rockets in connection with the Website will not exceed INR 10,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hathor Rockets, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your Submissions, your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of Hathor Rockets or a third party, or your violation of applicable law.
Please report suspected infringement, misuse of the Marks, impersonation, or unauthorised use of Content to info@hathor.space, with the location of the material, a description of the concern, and your contact details.
Hathor Rockets may investigate suspected breaches, request removal of infringing material, restrict or terminate access to the Website, and pursue every remedy available in law and equity, including civil and criminal remedies under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws. Hathor Rockets may log and retain access records to the extent permitted by our Privacy Policy and applicable law, to support enforcement.
You acknowledge that unauthorised use of Content or the Marks may cause harm for which damages offer inadequate relief. Hathor Rockets may therefore seek injunctive and other equitable relief, in addition to any other remedy, from any court of competent jurisdiction.
The remedies in these Terms are cumulative with, and in addition to, all other rights and remedies available to Hathor Rockets. A delay or failure to enforce a right waives none of those rights.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days after written notice of the dispute. If negotiation does not resolve it, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Chennai, India, and the language will be English.
Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Chennai, India, hold exclusive jurisdiction over matters relating to these Terms, including interim relief and enforcement of arbitral awards. Nothing in this Section prevents Hathor Rockets from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information from any court of competent jurisdiction.
Severability: If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, the provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Hathor Rockets regarding the Website. A separate written agreement signed by Hathor Rockets prevails over these Terms for the subject matter it covers.
Assignment: Hathor Rockets may assign these Terms to an affiliate or a successor to its business. You may assign them only with our written consent.
Survival: Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 continue to apply after you stop using the Website.
Hathor Rockets may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Website with a new revision date. Continued use of the Website after posting means you accept the revised Terms.
